Can Igloo be used as an extranet for customers and partners?
Yes, you can create a community for your customers and/or partners that comes with the same features as an intranet. External communities can be fully-public, like a corporate website, or a hybrid with both public and private access.
How does the pricing model work for temporary or occasional users?
Some people in your company may need to access the intranet more than others. Tell us about your unique situation and we’ll find a pricing model that works.
Is an annual agreement required?
Yes, we ask that all of our clients commit to an annual agreement when upgrading to a paid plan. All invoices are typically issued yearly and a credit card is not required.
Can I customize Igloo?
Absolutely. It's so easy you can do it yourself if you want. We also offer a range of implementation services to help you build, design, and maintain your site.
