What We Do

All of our community solutions are built on top of our patent pending Web 2.0 community platform. The platform combines social networking, collaboration and content management features into a secure and cost-effective online community suite. We offer our customers full turnkey solutions comprised of:

  • Hosting Services — all community software solutions are delivered on-demand and hosted in our CICA 5970 & SAS 70 (Type II) compliant data centre
  • Consulting — industry proven methodologies and approaches for successful community deployments
  • Design —  flexible and affordable design packages; from simple to complex
  • E-engagement — proven community facilitation, management and engagement strategies
  • Support Services — end user, facilitator and administrator support programs

Community Solutions

Organizations use online community and social networking software internally to improve employee productivity (Workplace Communities) or externally to foster relationships with members, customers, partners and suppliers (Marketplace Communities). We currently support over 550 online communities in the academic, financial, government, healthcare, hi-tech, and not for profit sectors.

Leadership

IGLOO is supported by a strong management team with years of experience in both technology and management. Jim Balsillie, CEO of RIM, is the Chairman of the Board with RBC Venture Partners providing venture capital funding.
