Looking to enhance the community management and reporting process, IGLOO will combine MicroStrategy's BI platform into its administrative console. The company can make use of a dashboard of indicators which are presented graphically, which includes activity, contribution types and top content. The company believes that there numerous ways to apply social analytics and it promises to do that over time, it stated in a press release.
