Social Business is made up of Social Collaboration Strategy and Social Media Strategy. Each has an impact on Employees and Customers respectively. Implementing both is the path to true Social Business. This allows you to let your employees engage with your customers for a true closed loop relationship paradigm that has never been possible before the advent of the internet and Web 2.0 concepts.
