Igloo Software Announces New Chief Revenue Officer and Continued Momentum in the Digital Workplace Solutions Market
Award-winning digital workplace solutions leader positions for growth in 2019 and beyond
Kitchener-Waterloo, ON — May 1, 2019 – Igloo Software, the leading provider of digital workplace solutions, today announced Jason Hahn has joined Igloo Software as its new Chief Revenue Officer. The addition of Jason to Igloo’s executive leadership team follows a strong first quarter performance by the company as its digital workplace solutions continue to be widely embraced and adopted by leading organizations worldwide.
Jason is a seasoned software veteran with over 20 years of experience, including a variety of executive leadership roles across sales and customer experience. Hahn joins Igloo Software from Axiom EPM where he led the sales, client management, and channel partner teams. At Axiom EPM, he drove the company’s accelerated growth in its enterprise performance management business globally, rapidly expanded the sales and customer-facing teams, and led the organization’s transformation from on-premise to cloud.
Over the last 11 years, Igloo has experienced tremendous growth and today hosts over 10,000 digital workplaces globally, in over 80 countries. Igloo‘s momentum coincides with greater awareness by organizations of the widespread shortcomings in workplace knowledge sharing, communication, collaboration, and employee engagement. To address these issues, and to create new opportunities for improved productivity, leading organizations are looking to next-gen intranets as a way to create a digital destination for their employees and deploy digital workplace solutions specifically designed to address their line of business challenges.
In its second annual State of the Digital Workplace report, Igloo found 43% of employees have avoided sharing a document with a colleague because they couldn’t locate it or believed that tracking it down would take too long, pointing to a disconnect in the way company information is stored and accessed. The comprehensive report, available for all to access, examines trends and progress in the ways employees communicate, collaborate, and share knowledge in the workplace.
“2018 was a pivotal year for Igloo Software and we remain extremely focused on driving continued leadership and innovation in the digital workplace solutions market in 2019 and beyond,” said Dan Latendre, Founder and CEO of Igloo Software. “With the addition of Jason Hahn, I’m confident in our leadership team’s abilities to take our business to new heights. Igloo’s purpose-built digital workplace solutions help improve the way work takes place, moving organizations towards the vision of a corporate digital destination that inspires employees and drives productivity.”
In the past 18 months, Igloo Software was named one of the Fastest Growing Companies in North America on Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500™ list for the fourth consecutive year, identified as an Aragon Research Hot Vendor in Communications and Collaboration, selected for the Constellation ShortList for Employee Digital Workspaces and Corporate Intranets Platform, featured in Microsoft’s Great Canadian Innovators Yearbook, and was chosen for KMWorld’s Trend-Setting Product list for the past three years as well as the Top 100 Companies that Matter in Knowledge Management for the past nine consecutive years.
