Project Consultant, Customer Success

As a Project Consultant within Customer Success organization, you are responsible for helping our customers implement successful intranet solutions, powered by our award winning technology platform. All of our solutions are delivered 100% in the cloud – no hardware or software is required.

In this role, you will demonstrate self-management and leadership to leverage our innovative cloud deployment framework to deliver intranet solutions on time, on spec and on budget. Successful candidates must have strong communication, consulting, training, project management and problem-solving skills. You are energetic, independent and most of all – love to work with people! Key responsibilities

  • Manage the entire customer onboarding and implementation process – start to finish.
  • Coordinate and manage project team meetings with customers.
  • Staff the project team based on customer requirements and timelines.
  • Communicate regular status updates including deadlines within the Igloo project rooms.
  • Responsible for issue resolution and conflict management.
  • Coordination of solution requirements, configuration, design, testing and implementation.
  • Coordination and facilitation of product & solution training sessions with Customers.
  • Creation of project roll-out in collaboration with Customer Success Managers for launch & engagement planning with the customers.
  • A deep understanding of the Igloo platform including key features, integration options, authentication methods and deployment frameworks.
  • Continuous learning and expertise on Igloo platform, integrations and solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple customers and projects concurrently.
  • Work closely with key internal teams to ensure successful customer implementations, engagement & adoption of solutions.
  • Give input to development and product teams on feature requests and priorities from our customers.
  • Provide the marketing team with great customer stories, case studies and reference relationships.
  • Provide customer feedback so Igloo can improve our customer service and products.
  • Provide support for on-going critical pre-sales activities, such as demos and pilots

Knowledge, skills and abilities

  • Post-secondary degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related area.
  • Min 5 years of technical or project management experience in high tech, software or services.
  • PMP certification and/or other project management training are an asset.
  • Business Analysis and Consulting experience.
  • Familiarity with basic HTML & CSS
  • Strong project management skills including ability to influence customers on best practice
  • Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple priorities, projects and resources.
  • Strong consulting skills including ability to elicit customer requirements & turn into recommendations to solve business challenges short and long term
  • Familiarity with intranet solutions, web design and architecture.
  • Technology, web, and mobile savvy.
  • Able to apply your strong creative problem solving skills to meet customer requirements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English with sound presentation and public speaking skills; other languages are a significant asset.
  • Tenacity, determination, and assertiveness.
  • Understanding of knowledge networks, online knowledge sharing and social networking technologies.
  • Strong networking capabilities with all levels of staff.
  • Sound judgment, conflict management, and decision making skills.
  • Must be comfortable using MS Office and internet computer applications.
