We’re looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to join our recently formed Partners & Alliances team. Working under the direction of the VP, Partners & Alliances the Partner Marketing Manager will be responsible for all marketing efforts related to our 3 partnership programs.

You will be responsible for developing joint go-to-market programs. You’ve had experience marketing from a third-party perspective and relationship building comes naturally to you.

Ideation: formulate and manage partner co-marketing programs from ideation through to implementation, and monitor and report on campaign performance
Creation: create and collaborate on content to support partner marketing efforts, including collateral, blog posts, webinars, and events
Enablement: develop content and assets to effectively onboard new partners and keep them abreast of improvements to the Igloo platform
Relationship Management: work closely with the Partner and Product Management teams to help manage partner relationships and proactively seek out opportunities to further support their businesses
Industry Analysis: monitor customer usage data and industry trends in order to recommend potential partners and identify user stories to support integration

Knowledge, skills and abilities
5- 7 years’ experience as a marketing professional within partner, product or campaign management
Experience within partner and channel marketing is advantageous
You’ve worked in the B2B tech industry and can keep up within a fast-paced environment
An understanding of SaaS marketing and business models
Successful track record of creating and executing successful marketing campaigns
Direct experience writing engaging content and campaign materials
You’re a doer and make things happen in a dynamic & evolving environment
You’re an organized and programmatic thinker - able to develop and execute campaign recommendations and plans
You’re self-starter and innovative thinker
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize competing priorities
You’ve demonstrated your willingness and ability to gain a keen understanding of industries you’ve worked in. You would research and become an avid follower of emerging businesses and technologies in workplace collaboration space
