Multilingual Content
An international business requires a multilingual network. With Igloo, you can let virtual teams collaborate in their native language, convert contributions through machine or manual translation and even verify translated content. Languages currently supported include English, French, Portuguese and Spanish, but the possibilities are endless.
Verified translations
Each supported language appears as a tab. A user can translate content and, when it's approved, validate the official translation. This verification assures users that the translations are accurate and reliable.
Verified translations are included with all multilingual communities.
Instant translations
Translate comments, forum replies or your microblog stream on the fly using integrated, inline translations, powered by Google Translate. Or, use the out-of-the-box integration with Google to get a head-start on official content translations within blogs, forums and events.
Instant translations can be turned on or off.
User preferences
Set your preferred language right in the user bar. Everytime you login or receive an email notification, it appears in your local translation.
Site navigation
Customize your site map with full translations of all navigation items, and even delegate localization of team spaces to space administrators.
Rules of the road
Set-up community-wide archiving rules based on content types and override rules at a channel or object level for greater control.
Grace period
Specify a time period where users can change their mind on content items set to archive.
What grace period?
Bypass the community rules and grace queue by sending content to the archive immediately.
Recovering files
Allow system administrators to recover content once it passes through the queue and is committed to the repository.
Enhanced File Sharing
File sharing just got a whole lot easier. You get the same enterprise-class document management capabilities in the cloud, with full version control, audit trails and workflow. Plus, we built a brand-new HTML5 uploader for sharing files, so now it's just drag-and-drop.
More space
We're pushing the limits. You can now upload files up to 250 MB in any digital workplace.
Dealing with engineering drawings, video or large art files? Upgrade to 2GB per file.
Pause and resume
Blue screen of death? Lost connection? No worries. Just pick up that file upload right where you left off.
Multitask
No more waiting, either. With notifications right in the user bar, you'll always know when your files are all queued up and ready to go.
Bulk downloads
Download the entire contents of a folder as a single ZIP file with one click. Once it's downloaded, open and decompress the ZIP file to access the contents of your folder.
Access from your desktop BETA
Desktop access is more inclusive. Whether you're using a Mac or PC, you can map your digital workplace just like you would a shared drive.

YouTube embed code is now supported inside of text fields.
HTML rendering
Improved the way bulleted lists appear in HTML content widgets.
Labels & tags
We introduced a new master control panel for managing your labels, tags and taxonomies.
Site map
Hidden navigation items are now visible using the Site Map widget.
Polls
Adminstrators can now delegate the management of polls that appear in a space to that admin.
Localization
System administrators can set default preferences for time zone and first day of the week.
