Gold Support Package

The Gold Support Package provides you with access to IGLOO experts who will resolve your issues and answer any queries or questions you have via telephone and email.

Every customer inquiry is tracked and managed through our automated system assuring you quality and consistency.

Package Details:

  • Toll free telephone support
  • Access to the Self Service Support Portal
  • 50 support requests per year
  • One request per ticket
  • Must designate two named accounts authorized to initiate a ticket
  • Support is for IGLOO technology and does not include support for 3rd party integration or customizations
  • Tickets will be responded to within 24 hours during our business hours
  • Support hours are 9am EST to 5pm EST Monday to Friday
  • Support is available in English only
