Nathan Bieck - Marketing and Communications Manager, TransforMED

As Marketing and Communications Manager, Nathan is an advocate and evangelist for the Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH). Working directly with TransforMED's Practice Enhancement Facilitators, he is helping to educate, communicate and inform key stakeholders about the concept. Nathan also serves as the community manager for Delta-Exchange, TransforMED's collaborative social network for practice transformation.

Nathan came to TransforMED from an e-commerce company where he served as the Channel Marketing Director. In this role, he helped oversee the growth of the company and of the value-added reseller community by educating resellers, customers and prospects on the overall benefits of the e-commerce solution.  Nathan has also held additional positions at high-tech public relations and marketing firms.

Daniel Kube - Vice President, IGLOO Software

Daniel has nearly two decades of success and experience in alliances, business development, sales, and marketing for several leading organizations including PricewaterhouseCoopers, Performancesoft, actuate, and IONA Technologies (Now Progress Software). Most recently he was Global Vice President of Marketing and Alliances for the Performance Management division where he was also responsible for successfully creating and launching Actuate Onperformance (SaaS) offering.

Daniel has an B.A in sociology and is currently doing his executive MBA at Kellogg Schulich. He is also director of APM holdings and APM components in North America.
