Igloo Software announces Alliance Partner Program and Zendesk Integration, for seamless, all-in-one modern intranet experience

KITCHENER, JUNE 22, 2016 – Igloo Software, the leader in modern intranets, today announced the launch of its Alliance Partner Program. Building on existing integrations with Microsoft, Google, Salesforce, and more, Igloo’s Alliance Partner Program will give independent software vendors (ISVs) an opportunity to offer their products to Igloo customers by adding robust integrations to the Igloo platform.

The Alliance Partner Program reinforces Igloo’s commitment to enhancing workplace productivity through the use of a modern intranet. By allowing ISVs to build solutions tailored to the Igloo platform, the Alliance Partner Program enables organizations to embed their most popular workplace tools and apps into a modern intranet destination. As part of the program, Igloo will provide co-marketing and sales efforts, as well as API support and documentation to Alliance Partner Program participants.

With that in mind, Igloo is also pleased to announce its integration with leading cloud-based customer service software company Zendesk, Inc. The Zendesk integration for Igloo brings support front-and-center inside the modern intranet, with the ability to manage support tickets directly from the Igloo homepage. The integration allows Zendesk users to easily view their dashboard, as well see open and closed tickets and comments, and the status of support tickets. Whether they’re tracking internal tickets or customer support tickets, they can do it all from right inside their Igloo.
