Canada 3.0 is a joint effort of the Canadian Digital Media Network (CDMN) and the University of Waterloo, Stratford Campus. It was started due to a need to create critical connections and networks. And to determine - as a group - how Canada can position itself advantageously as it moves from the 2.0 world of information sharing, collaboration, interoperability, and user-centred design, to 3.0: the next stage of digital - whatever it may look like.
