Some members report an error when trying to upload documents

IGLOO prides itself on our system reliability and dependability. Some customers are experiencing intermittent issues with document upload.

Summary:

  • Some customers (not all) are reporting a time out error when trying to upload documents. 

Problem Resolution:

  • We recommend that you check the following:
    1. Contact your internet provider to see if they are experiencing any bandwidth issues.
    2. Try uploading single documents rather then using the multiple file upload feature.

The IGLOO technical team is investigating and testing potential causes.

Next Steps:

  • IGLOO Customer Support will continue to update this blog as new information becomes available.

Resolution:

  • July 22nd - System improvements were made that have resolved this issue.  Thank you for your patience and understanding!
