The Globe and Mail - Report on Business assembles a group of experts together to discuss the value of social media.
I recently participated in a panel session focused on the business value of social software with a group of experts from Facebook, Artez Interactive, MGImedia and Twist Image. The purpose of the session was to discuss the ways in which organizations are using social media tools like Twitter, Linked-in and Facebook as business tools - and debate whether they are working... or not.
The session was moderated by Noel Hulsman, Globe and Mail Small Business Editor. When you get a moment, I strongly encourage you to take a moment to listen to some of the insights from this panel of experts.... I think you will find it very useful.
The session was video taped and to organized into the following three segments. Just click on a link below to view one of the sessions:
- Video Session 1 - Twitter, Facebook et al... Are they worth it
- Video Session 2 - There are no rules
- Video Session 3 - Strategies must start within
I would like to thank Noel for putting this panel together... it was a great experience collaborating and sharing with experts in the field of social media.
